  • Step 2

Start your SKORR skin transformation. Press MODE (POWER) button to turn on.

Note:

Microcurrent/LIFT function of the device must be used with a conductive serum. For optimal results, use SKORR Hydrate and Glow illuminating booster, developed specifically for use with SKORR|GLOW microcurrent devices, and clinically proven to significantly increase type 1 collagen production.

Leave a thin, mask-like layer of SKORR Hydrate and Glow illuminating booster on skin, so the device can glide smoothly. If treating many areas in one session, you can apply the serum to each area before you use the device on that area.

Make sure that entire treatment area of SKORR|GLOW is touching your skin during your treatment. Always glide the device in upward and outward motions, from the center of your face toward your hairline.

* Do NOT use microcurrent/LIFT function on the midline bone of the neck, or within the orbital bone.

General
Principles

Alternate between stamping and gliding modes

  • Stamping Mode

Position the Device: Begin by positioning the device on the target area of your skin.

Apply Pressure: Gently yet firmly press the device against the skin. Ensure that the pressure is consistent and not too firm.
Hold and Release: Hold the device in place for 3-5 seconds to allow deep energy delivery into the skin’s layers. This action enhances circulation, stimulates lymphatic flow, and relaxes the muscles beneath the skin.

Move to Next Area: Carefully lift the device and move to the next section of your skin. Repeat the process to ensure all targeted areas are treated.

Areas of Focus: This mode is particularly effective for reducing puffiness and fluid buildup around sensitive areas like the eyes and under the jawline.

  • Gliding Mode

Start at One Point: Place the device at the starting point of the area you wish to treat. Overall movement direction should be upwards and outwards.

Glide Smoothly: Smoothly sweep the device across your skin, following the natural contours of your face. Maintain a gentle, yet firm contact without pressing too hard.

Ensure Continuous Motion: Keep the motion fluid and continuous. This helps to evenly distribute the device’s energy and prevents untreated streaks or patches.

Cover All Areas: Make sure to cover all intended areas of your face to maximize the treatment’s effectiveness. This method helps in uniform energy delivery, which is crucial for stimulating facial muscles, enhancing lymphatic drainage, and boosting collagen and elastin production.

Results: With consistent use, this mode will help restore natural energy levels and promote a more youthful and revitalized appearance.

Face and Neck Treatment

  • Forehead

Start by using the SKORR|GLOW device in stamping mode on the forehead. Hold it in place while applying gentle pressure for 3-5 seconds, then slowly advance upwards across the forehead. This activates the forehead muscles, optimizing brow lift. Switch to gliding mode, moving upwards towards the hairline to diminish forehead lines through enhanced stimulation of collagen and elastin.

  • How to use

    EYES

Employ the stamping mode around the eyes to specifically target ocular muscles, maximizing depuffing and wrinkle reduction. Then transition to gliding mode, sweeping gently from the inner corners of the eyes towards the temples. This supports enhanced lymphatic drainage and collagen formation, vital for a rejuvenated appearance.

  • How to use

    Cheeks

Use the stamping mode on the cheeks to stimulate facial muscles and increase their resting tone, resulting in a lifted and sculpted appearance. Continue with gliding mode, moving in an “upwards and outwards” direction from the nose and lips, extending along the jawline towards the ears and temples. This dual action promotes lymphatic drainage and further enhances collagen production for firmer skin.

  • How to use

    Neck

The neck often shows the first signs of aging. Use the stamping mode along the neck to stimulate lymphatic drainage, then switch to gliding mode, employing upward strokes towards the jawline. This maximizes collagen and elastin production, helping to smooth out horizontal “tech lines” and reduce skin crepiness.

Upper Body
Treatment

  • How to use

    Chest

Apply the stamping mode directly on the chest area to specifically target lymphatic stimulation. This mode effectively engages the underlying muscle and connective tissue, enhancing lymph flow which is critical for immune function and metabolic waste removal. The targeted pressure from the stamping mode can also help in relieving tension and tightness within the chest muscles, often caused by poor posture or prolonged sitting. Following the stamping application, switch to gliding mode. Use gentle but firm strokes moving from the center of the chest towards the armpits. This technique not only helps in spreading the lymph fluid to enhance drainage but also stimulates collagen production in the chest area. Collagen is integral for skin strength and elasticity, helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sagging, thus promoting a smoother and more toned chest.

  • How to use

    Shoulders

Begin the treatment by using the stamping mode at the base of the neck and shoulders. This targeted application invigorates the lymphatic circulation, crucial for detoxifying and reducing inflammation in the tissue. The stamping mode’s precise pressure helps stimulate the deep layers of muscle and encourages lymph flow, essential for removing toxins and cellular waste. After adequately preparing the area with the stamping mode, transition to gliding mode. Use smooth, outward strokes towards the edges of the shoulders. This technique not only continues to promote lymphatic drainage but also supports collagen production, which is vital for maintaining the elasticity and strength of the skin. This dual approach can help alleviate tension, improve posture, and enhance the overall appearance and health of the shoulder area.

  • Arms

Initiate the treatment by activating the stamping mode on the hands and progress up the arms. This action stimulates the lymph nodes and pathways, which play a significant role in the immune and circulatory systems. By targeting these areas, the stamping mode can help reduce swelling and promote the removal of lymphatic fluid, which often accumulates in the arms. After thoroughly applying the stamping mode, switch to the gliding mode. Begin at the wrists and move smoothly upwards towards the armpits. This continuous motion aids in further encouraging lymphatic drainage and boosts collagen production along the arms. The increased collagen presence is essential for skin repair and rejuvenation, giving the arms a firmer, more youthful appearance.

Additional
benefits

  • How to use

    Deep tissue relaxation

In deep tissue relaxation, the stamping mode can be employed to apply concentrated, deep pressure to specific facial areas like the cheeks and jawline. This targeted pressure helps in more effectively relaxing deep-set muscle tension and easing the stress accumulated in these muscles, promoting a more profound relaxation effect compared to more superficial techniques.

  • How to use

    Trigger Point activation

For trigger point activation, especially in the neck, the stamping mode allows you to precisely target and activate these points. The press-and-release action can mimic the technique used in manual trigger point therapy, where short bursts of pressure are applied to relieve muscle knots. This can be particularly beneficial in alleviating tension and chronic pain localized in the neck area.

  • How to use

    Shiatsu

In shiatsu, the stamping mode can be adjusted to deliver pulsing pressure, suitable for stimulating specific acupressure points along the forehead and temples. This precise application can help in promoting better circulation of energy, or ‘qi’, thereby enhancing emotional and physical calm, and reducing stress and anxiety levels.

  • How to use

    Reflexology

Using the stamping mode for reflexology around the eyebrows and mouth allows for the precise application of varying pressures, from gentle to firm. This can help stimulate reflex points effectively, aiding in the relaxation and restoration of natural energy levels throughout the body. The precise application ensures that the correct points receive the necessary stimulation to trigger the desired reflex responses.

Abdomen
and Lower Body Treatment

  • Abdomen

Begin with the stamping mode on the abdomen, employing gentle circular motions. This specific pattern helps activate the lymphatic system in this central body region, which is crucial for digesting and detoxifying bodily processes. The circular motion encourages the movement of lymph through its vessels, helping to alleviate bloating and support metabolic functions. After thoroughly working the abdomen with stamping motions, switch to the gliding mode. Use firm upward strokes directed towards the chest. This action not only continues to support lymphatic drainage but also stimulates collagen production within the abdominal skin. Increased collagen helps tighten and firm the abdomen, which can enhance the area’s overall appearance and structural integrity, making it look smoother and more toned.

  • Legs

Initiate the treatment by applying the stamping mode on the feet and progressing up the legs. This technique ensures an effective stimulation of the lymphatic system, which is especially vital in the lower extremities where fluid can easily accumulate due to gravity. Focused stamping along the legs helps enhance circulation and lymph flow, reducing swelling and the feeling of heaviness. Follow this with the gliding mode, moving smoothly upward towards the groin area. Pay special attention to the inner thighs, where lymphatic drainage and collagen production can significantly benefit from increased stimulation. The upward strokes help tighten the skin and improve its elasticity, contributing to more youthful-looking and resilient leg skin.

  • Back

Apply the stamping mode starting at the lower back, an area often neglected in routine skincare. This region benefits greatly from lymphatic stimulation, as it helps clear the channels that collect much bodily waste and tension. Using the stamping mode here can relieve back pain and stiffness by enhancing circulation and muscle relaxation. After targeting the lower back, transition to the gliding mode, with long strokes extending towards the shoulder blades. This sweeping motion not only aids in further lymphatic drainage but also promotes collagen production across the large surface area of the back. Enhanced collagen levels contribute to a stronger, more elastic back skin, potentially reducing signs of aging and improving overall texture and health of the skin.
